"A hideaway where you can feel the warmth of wood" is a rental villa that can be used by up to 6 people. The building uses plenty of natural wood, creating a calm atmosphere where you can relax.
The large dining table is a spacious space perfect for enjoying meals and conversation with family and friends. Spend a special time together. In winter, the flickering flames of the wood stove create a cozy, warm and relaxing space.
From the dining area, the unspoiled scenery of old-fashioned rural woodland spreads out before you, and the majestic ridgeline of Mt. Kogo appears before your eyes.
The mountain cabin-style bedroom is a special space where you can feel the warmth of the wood and be lulled into a peaceful sleep. Being surrounded by nature in a quiet environment will give you a deep sense of peace, allowing you to forget about your daily life and refresh your mind and body. In this comfortable space filled with the scent of nature, you will feel healing and vitality with every deep breath.

This is a rental villa that only accepts one group per day, so you can enjoy your time alone without having to worry about other guests.

Usage fee
66,000 yen (tax included) for up to 4 people
+11,000 yen for each additional person (up to a maximum of 6 people)
For stays on the day before a holiday or a national holiday, an additional 11,000 yen will be charged per group.

*Customers making reservations through hometown tax donations are asked to change their dates at least 21 days in advance.
Flow from reservation to use
Please make your reservation through Airbnb.
Book your stay hereOnce your payment is confirmed, we will send you a reservation completion email and usage instructions.
On the day, please come to HoToLo to receive the key and be shown around the building.
Please let us know in advance that you will check in after 15:00.Please let us know your check-out time in advance.
Please come to HoToLo to pick up the key by 11:00.
Any extras (such as drinks) will be charged in cash.

（最寄り駅が非常に遠く、公共交通機関を使ってバスでお越しの際は最寄りのバス停まで送迎をさせて頂きます。事前にご相談下さい。）
About the Tree House
The maximum capacity is 4 adults and a total weight limit of 300 kg. Exceeding the maximum capacity is dangerous, so please do not do so under any circumstances.
Please be careful as zippers, hooks, and buttons on your clothes can get caught on a sofa in the air, which can be dangerous.
When using the air sofa, please be careful not to have keys, mobile phones, etc. in your pockets as they may fall out.
The sofas in the air are a space for you to relax. Please refrain from jumping on them as if they were a trampoline, as this is dangerous.
Shoes are strictly prohibited on the sofas in the air.
About wood stoves
When using the facility, please do not place any flammable items nearby as this may cause a fire.
Do not burn anything other than firewood.
The wood stove body and chimney become very hot, so never touch them with bare hands.
When adding firewood, please wear special gloves and proceed with caution.

屋外でBBQをご利用の場合、20:30までに消火、21:00までに片付けを完了下さい。

BBQスペース（屋外）での音楽視聴はできません。

食材や飲料、ゴミ等は野生動物に荒らされる恐れがありますので、必ず室内へお持ち頂くか、ゴミ箱へ入れ必ず蓋をして下さい。
Regarding noise
Please be considerate to avoid causing inconvenience to the neighbors. Please refrain from outdoor conversations after 9 p.m.

Cleaning fees are included in the rental fee, but we may charge you an additional fee depending on usage.
<others>
We do not allow minors to use the facility alone.
Single use is not permitted.
It is not possible for more than the number of people who have applied to enter or use the facility.
We do not allow anyone affiliated with anti-social forces to use our facilities.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be sure to keep all gates and fences closed as there is a risk of deer or wild boars entering the premises.
If you are setting off fireworks or a bonfire, please be careful with the fire and clean up afterwards.
Please refrain from parking outside the premises.
To avoid danger, please avoid leaning over the second floor walkway or touching the ceiling fan.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke on the deck or outdoors on the premises.
Please refrain from taking away towels, loungewear, or facility equipment.
If you do not comply with the house rules or terms of use and a problem occurs with the facilities or equipment, you will be charged for repairs and compensation.
